Privacy and Personal Information Protection Policy

This Policy aims to clarify the principles that guide the Vaudreuil-Soulanges Hospital Foundation (FHVS) in its decision-making and actions related to protecting the privacy of its current and future donors, volunteers, employees, and board members.

The trust of those we serve is important to us, and we recognize that it is earned through transparency in how we handle the information they share with us.

Complaint Policy

In order to exercise good governance and transparency in the pursuit of its philanthropic activities and respect for donors, the Vaudreuil-Soulanges Hospital Foundation, its directors, members of its management and its employees and volunteers subscribe to the values, standards and volunteers subscribe to the values, standards and practices set out in this Complaint Policy.

Out of respect for its donors and all persons dealing with the Foundation, and in order to ensure their fair and equitable treatment as benefactors or otherwise, the Vaudreuil-Soulanges Hospital Foundation hereby declares that any person, organization, entity or company dealing with one of its employees, agents, entities or companies dealing with one of its employees, employees, employees, employees, volunteers or members of the board of directors may, if there are reasonable grounds, file a complaint concerning the treatment received. as described in this Complaint Policy .

Fund Allocation Policy

The purpose of this policy is to specify the principles that guide the Vaudreuil-Soulanges Hospital Foundation (FHVS) in making decisions about the allocation of funds raised as part of its various fundraising activities.

It sets out the guidelines that will allow donors to ensure that informed decisions are made in order to ensure that the wishes they expressed during their donations are respected.

It oversees the practice of the Foundation's directors, in order to ensure the sound management of the funds it raises and their optimal use in accordance with its mission, vision, values, and the rules established by the CISSSMO.

It demonstrates to various stakeholders, such as donors and volunteers, the importance that the HVS Foundation places on integrity, transparency and fairness.
